Summer Leadership 2025

Participants will gain comprehensive insights into SameGoal's features and benefits, as well as strategies for successful adoption and implementation. This session will equip administrators with the knowledge and tools to lead their schools through a seamless transition to this innovative platform.

Principals will gain a comprehensive understanding of their critical role in leading ARD meetings and navigating potentially challenging situations with special education advocates. This session will equip administrators with the tools and strategies to ensure positive outcomes for students, families, and the school community.

Campus administrators will explore the skills and knowledge necessary to become legendary leaders in special education and Section 504 supervision. Participants will explore effective strategies for navigating the complex landscape of special education, gaining a comprehensive understanding of campus and district support systems, and overcoming common challenges in program management.

Campus leaders will master their role in supporting Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development. Participants will explore innovative strategies to enhance student outcomes through collaborative leadership, focusing on fostering a culture that empowers special education teams, facilitating productive IEP meetings, and aligning SDI with broader school initiatives. Administrators will learn to leverage data-driven decision-making and navigate special education law while maintaining a steadfast focus on student growth and achievement.

The Behavior MegaLab Training is designed teach and/or remind educators about both critical concepts and some best practices that together are essential for responding to and preventing challenging behavior and for creating and maintaining a successful learning environment in their classrooms. This session will unveil to campus administrators the learning teachers receive during Behavior Mega Labs.
