Summer Leadership 2025

This session is a designated time for Middle School principals and assistant principals to collaborate on best practices, campus systems, and visioning for the future.

This session emphasizes the active involvement of secondary principals and registrars in the PEIMS Leaver process. Together, they will ensure the accurate management of leaver data, streamline documentation, and maintain compliance for 7th - 12th grade leavers. Learn how principals can lead their teams effectively, while registrars focus on key administrative tasks to guarantee smooth and accurate reporting. This training provides practical strategies for both roles to collaborate seamlessly and manage the PEIMS Leaver process with confidence and efficiency.

There are many reports available in Cognos to support campus staff. These
reports provide labels, letters, or listings depending on your needs.
We will discuss the folder structure and how to find reports needed to help in
everyday activities as well as how to export and manipulate the data in Excel.
